Would you like to contact the Electric Circuit? Here’s what you need to know.
If you have a question about charging, charging stations, prices, etc., you can visit our website, in particular the FAQ page, by clicking on the Got questions? button. You’ll find lots of information about how to improve your charging experience.
If you notice minor damage to a charging station, please report it in the Electric Circuit mobile app. You can do this by displaying the charging point, selecting the charging station to view the details and choosing the Report a problem option. There is no need to report a problem if you see that it has already been reported.
If you have an urgent problem regarding an ongoing charge, contact our telephone support service at the phone number indicated on the charging station you are using. Please note that in order to ensure that our members receive quick and efficient service, this hotline is exclusively reserved for members in an emergency situation involving a charging station they are currently using.
