Important notice - CHADEMO connectors

Under certain circumstances it can be difficult to remove the CHADEMO connector for certain Nissan Leaf after a charging session on 100kW fast charging stations that specifically begin with the letters “CEK” on our network.

It is critically important that you make sure to:

  • End the charging session by pressing on the red “stop” button on the charger;
  • Unlock your vehicle doors twice;
  • Confirm that the red indicator light is OFF on the CHADEMO connector (it is ON while charging).

BEFORE attempting to remove the charging connector from your vehicle’s charging port.

If you try to remove the connector from your vehicle’s charging port by pressing the button on the CHADEMO connector while the red indicator light is ON, there is a risk the the connector’s button might get stuck, making it difficult to remove the connector from your vehicle’s charging port.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact our support line, available 24h/7, at the number displayed on the charging station.

Please pay close attention to the end-of-session procedures listed above when you use 100kW fast charging station on the Electric circuit network.

We thank you for your understanding!
