Managing incidents at Electric Circuit charging stations
By tapping Report a problem in the Electric Circuit mobile app, you help us detect incidents at our charging stations. But what happens next?
First, the team at the Electric Circuit studies the data you’ve submitted and flags the charging station in question.
Then, the partner who owns the station is automatically informed of the incident, ensuring that the problem will be addressed and resolved.
Lastly, the reported incident is saved in the charging station’s profile, where it can be seen by all members. Simply select the incident in the profile to obtain more information on the work underway and find out when the station is expected to be back in service.
A new feature soon to be launched will let you check the validity of a report submitted by another member.
