What to do if you lose your Electric Circuit card?

If you lose your Electric Circuit card, you will need to order a new one from the My Account section of our Web site. A $10 fee (plus applicable taxes) will apply and the new card will be empty.

When you receive your new card, write to us to transfer the funds from your lost card to your new Electric Circuit card. You will then be able to deposit money into your account from the My Account section of our Web site.

WARNING: a $2 fee will be charged to your Electric Circuit account for all requests to activate a charging station through the CAA-Québec help line. This will be in addition to the cost of your charge. 

To avoid this fee, we’d like to remind you that the mobile app or order your new Electric Circuit card before your chargings.
