How much does it cost to charge my EV?
The price for 240-volt charging is either at a flat fee of $2,50, regardless of the lengh of charge or at an hourly rate of $1, billed by the minute and based on the amount of time the vehicle is plugged in. To see which price applies at each charging station, you can consult the Electric Circuit mobile app or the Web site in the section Find a station.
Curbside charging in Montréal costs $1 per hour, billed by the minute excluding parking fees. For example, if a vehicle is connected to a station for three hours, charging will cost $3.00, even if the vehicle was completely charged after one hour.
Since June 12, 2019, fast-charging is offered at $11,50 per hour (taxes included), billed by the minute. For more information, see the Charging stations and rates section of the site.

WARNING: A $2 fee will be charged to your Electric Circuit account for all requests to activate a charging station through the CAA-Québec help line. This will be in addition to the cost of your charge. To avoid this fee, we’d like to remind you that the mobile app or your Electric Circuit card are always available when you need them.
Do not forget that a $10 fee (plus applicable taxes) are applied when a new Electric Circuit card is ordered. New members who receive their Electric Circuit card have to deposit money in their account in order to use the card to charge their vehicle at an Electric Circuit charging station.
